Registration Portal
National Convention registration and testing/submission windows are now closed. Click the links below to access your registration portal which includes links to tests and submission forms as well as invoices and all registration information.
Onsite Registration
The Onsite Registration link will be available within the mobile app 48 hours before the start of National Convention.
Registration for individuals planning to register onsite may be completed ahead of time. Registration through the app can only be paid via credit card. Your registration materials including name badges, schedules and lanyards will be prepared for you ahead of time. You’ll receive a text message and email when they are ready for pick up.
Attendees wishing to pay via check/PO must complete their registration when arriving at convention.
Onsite Registration
$75per attendee
- Pre-registration is closed. If registering onsite, price increases to $75 per attendee.
Single Day Pass
$25per attendee
- Single day passes are only valid for day of purchase and will not be available through the onsite registration link. Day passes are not available for members participating in competitions.
- If attending multiple conventions, attendees must be registered and submit fees to attend each event. For example, if you will be attending both the Elementary and Junior conventions, you must register for and pay the registration fee for both.
- Attendees aged 5 and under may attend for free. However, our registration system only permits Beta Night ticket purchases based on the total number of registered attendees. If you have children ages 3-5 who wish to attend Beta Night at Universal Studios Orlando, they must be registered as paid attendees for the National Convention.
- The registration fee for 1 sponsor will be waived for clubs registering at least 5 individuals.
- The registration fee for 2 sponsors will be waived for clubs registering at least 10 individuals.
‘Stay to Save’ Hotels
The housing website is now closed permanently for new reservations and modifications within the official room block for the 2025 National Beta Convention.
If you need to modify or cancel an existing Beta reservation, please contact your hotel directly after June 9, 2025. Hotel contact information is listed below and is also available on your housing acknowledgment.

Pre-Convention Challenges
This spring, Betas put their skills to the test in the Penny Stack Challenge, racing against the clock for a shot at VIP seating. Congratulations to our winners, who have earned reserved seating at General Sessions! Meanwhile, others took on the ambitious Walking Challenge, logging 535 miles before Convention. If you completed the Walking Challenge, be sure to meet at the 2nd Pre-Session side-stage for a group photo—we want to celebrate your achievement! Thanks to all who participated and kicked off National Convention journey with energy and enthusiasm!
SERVE ON A NATIONAL LEVEL
Beta Serves Orlando
First introduced at the 2022 National Convention in Nashville, Beta Serves is a national service project which allows Betas attending National Convention to demonstrate our motto, “Let Us Lead by Serving Others.” Through detailed research, the National Office highlights a need in the host city and partners with local organizations to allow our project to make the greatest impact.
This year, we’re partnering with the Orange County Public Schools to provide school supplies to students in Orlando. The items collected by clubs this summer will be distributed to the students in the area.

Scavenger Hunt
At National Convention, members can participate in an exciting scavenger hunt that adds a fun and interactive element to their convention experience. As they explore the event, participants will be tasked with finding specific clues and completing challenges, keeping them engaged throughout their time at the convention. Not only is it a great way to connect with fellow Betas and immerse themselves in the convention activities, but it also offers the opportunity to win exclusive Beta trading pins—a highly sought-after prize for collectors and members alike!
CONNECT AND COLLECT
Trading Pins
Trading pins is a fun and innovative way to connect with other Betas attending National Convention.
- Many clubs produce pins that best represent their club and trade them with other attendees.
- A variety of trading pins are available for purchase in the Beta Shop.
- Trading pins can be displayed on a convention lanyard, on a lapel, a pin towel, etc.

National Beta College & Career Fair
Get ready for a groundbreaking opportunity at the first-ever National Beta College & Career Fair, taking place June 23-24, 2025, at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center! Held during our largest event of the year, this exciting addition to the National Beta Convention will bring together high school students, parents, and teachers from across the country to explore a wide range of future pathways.
